Helpful Hints

If you are not sure how to answer a question or do not have enough time, leave it blank and continue. We can fill in any missing information later. Before you begin completing a full application, having the following information will make the process a little easier:

• Include your middle initial after your first name
• Capitalize first and last names, street and city names, etc.
• Gross income from all sources for past two years
• List of all assets
• List of all loans, credit cards and other liabilities
• Current monthly housing expenses-rent, mortgage, property taxes, property insurance, etc...
